Yours truly with the Gorgeous Margaux Dragonessa

She is admittedly a bit of a tech addict herself so it was a no-brainer to take part in this very important milestone for Infinix Mobility. The Hong Kong-based manufacturer wants to capture the hearts of Filipino selfie lovers and Instagram mainstay.

Infinix Mobility Brand Manager Mr. Zaks Yu giving us an overview of the hard work that went behind the Infinix Zero 5

We got a glimpse of what went on behind the process of developing the Infinix Zero 5 from the Brand Manager of Infinix Mobility Mr. Zaks Yu. He was very excited and proud of this engineering achievement and direction the brand is heading. Their focus was to give the best technology and experience for the consumer. Together with the country’s leading online shopping hub, Lazada, they will be making the Infinix Zero 5 available on December 12 as Part of Lazada’s Online Revolution Sale.

I don’t know about you but I am very much excited about this device. This opens up more choices for Filipinos and it can very well be a good one. From the brief moment I had with it, you can really tell the device is a steal. I found the design shared a little resemblance with the Nexus 6P or the Huawei P10 but that is not a bad thing. The matte finish of the Red and Black appealed greatly despite being a little slippery. But never fear, they will be selling functional flip covers that will allow you to interact with the device without opening the cover. From viewing notifications to playing media and even taking photos, all while the cover is intact. The Infinix Zero 5 will be available in White, Black and that gorgeous Red. There is also a Limited Edition version in the pipeline.

The red is just stunning in person

Infinix is positioning this for the smart buyer who wants the best out of their budget without sacrificing quality and style. The phone is camera-centric which was made especially clear during the product presentation. Infinix is very keen on establishing themselves as the next go-to brand for fun-loving people who love to capture life and share memories.

The Infinix Zero 5 has a 5.98″ Full HD Screen with a whopping 16MP Front Camera

The Infinix Zero 5 will launch with Android 7 Nougat in tow along with X OS, the company’s UI iteration. The front of the device will host the 16MP 4-in-1 Selfie Camera and 5.98” Full HD Screen. At the back is a dual camera set up of 12MP Wide-angle and 13MP Telephoto Lens with 2x Optical and 10x Digital Zoom with F/2.0 Aperture. They did not skimp on power as well as this device rocks a 4350 mah battery, 64 GB Rom and get this, 6GB RAM! It also has a fingerprint scanner at the back. Check those tick boxes folks.

Infinix says this is their most technologically advanced device to date.

One of the best things about this device is the price – at 13,999 php, this will be a highly competitive device in that price segment. It is priced lower than most mid-range devices with lower specs and not too high to turn off those who want to try out this brand. Either way, I can’t wait to test this device out and share my Experience Review with you guys so stay glued to Manila Mash.

Mabuhay, Manila!
