I remember the time when we use to play games over our hostel LAN (Local Area Network). Sometimes we used to play game among ourselves and had to change our IP address to keep our server private. When you run IP changer for the first time, warning dialogue box will pop-up in front of you, which btw can be removed by setting welcome message =’0’ in the configuration file. Don’t get worried about the dialogue box as it also shows you how to remove warning welcome dialogue box.
On the first run IP Changer scans you network adapter for default settings and provide you with 3 different configuration of IP address along with different DNS/WINS settings along with your current LAN settings. You can manually change the preferred DNS/WINS and IP address settings provided in the three different LAN configurations of IP Changer. Click on set to set the any of the configuration for your LAN adapter.
You can directly change the IP address and DNS/WINS settings of your LAN adapter through IP Changer system tray icon. Just right-click the tray icon and in Enable Config choose your preferred LAN configuration.
